Undergraduate Research Conference at UNH

Matt Morris, a UNH undergrad both working and conducting research in the Agroecology Lab, recently had a very nice article published about his work: "Beneath it All". The article outlines Matt's research on the effects of treated corn seeds (with pesticide and fungicide) on agricultural weeds in a corn production system in Pennsylvania.

David Kortjohn has also been working in the Agroecology Lab on soils from the same corn field. David's research focuses on the impacts of treated corn seeds on the (microscopic) members of the soil community.

Congratulations to Matt and David, both of whom presented posters at UNH's Undergraduate Research Conference on April 26th.
